Sikkim State Co-operative Bank Limited also known as SISCO Bank was granted license by the Reserve Bank of India for opening the first and the only co-operative bank in the state of Sikkim in the year 1997. The Bank has been working with an objective of safe keeping of deposits of Sikkimese people and providing finance.
The bank caters for high disposable income clients, and requires the same face as their services. Our research insights suggested trustworthiness and likability are the key components within this specific industry, so we suggested rebranding SISCO in order to better communicate that message to their market. Right from research, insights, planning, conceptualisation through to our design process – the results were amazing. We generated better traction , brand loyalty and familiarity.
