Techouse is one of the largest distributors of tech accessories from small adapters to replacement desktops.

They needed their brand voice to be stronger and had been quite saturated in the market. Techouse recently launched a B2C division and in doing so, rebranded in order to be more end-client-centered. We enjoyed redeveloping a friendly, approachable, and sophisticated voice and the different channels that communicate it appropriately to their audience. The rebranding was simple, clean, and minimalistic and the website we made complimented the shift.

Astrum has been long-standing in the smart technology industry for multiple years. We absolutely love the household brand and jumped at the opportunity to deliver consistent social media marketing for Astrum. The blue in their logo is a very unique color and we used this as their consistent make throughout their media, on their posters, and as a solid guideline.

We renovated the website for Astrum, in order to give it a cleaner and more modern look and feel, with an easy interface and eCommerce platform.

The results were a more lifestyle brand and better traction from their target audience. There was engagement with the posts and communication developed between the brand and people. It came to life.

Cape Town is well known for its vineyards and luxury wines. Norah’s Valley has found its peaceful place in the market with an exquisite tasting de-alcoholized wine which has superior benefits. With an interesting background relating to karma, the brand believes that producing something and distributing it which could be detrimental to one’s health will come back around. The wine has been crafted, and selected by professional pallets in order to deliver premium taste and quality. We worked closely with Dennis to find out what exactly the voice is of Norah’s during the new shift in marketing their brand and discovered much about how tongue-in-cheek, elegant, and fresh the brand is internally.

Using these insights, we concluded that Norah’s communicates best through beautiful imagery and stories that directly relate to its flavor and voice. A simple approach, because less is more. The same applies to alcohol.

LAVA RESTAURANT

Starting a brand is challenging, especially in the food industry during covid times. Even so, Lava decided to open up a 5-start restaurant in the heart of Johannesburg, South Africa to serve luxury experiences and gourmet meals. The couple’s vision for Lava was to communicate and establish a memorable brand that would be consistent and have regular visitation by their clients. Customer experience was the most fundamental part for them.

We brought together a sensational twist to the food industry by only applying lifestyle images, and using basically no images of the meals. This was to encourage the experience of Lava, rather than what their clients would be eating. A golden thread was used in all the collateral in order to keep the message and voice consistent. Multiple campaigns were used to encourage consumers to visit the restaurant and the results were a full house on Christmas and a solid reputation in the neighborhood.

The story behind Silkroad was touching, our team and Silkroad came together to share a magnitude of deep spiritual conversations about who the brand is, and what it believes in. Silkroad loves community, collectivity, and collaboration. We decided to use their passion and drive and communicate it through royalty, and develop a campaign around the experience of coffee and not the product itself. By focusing on moments where coffee brings the community together, and a “pay it forward” campaign where people can buy one another coffee it expresses the heart of the brand. We loved the concept of coffee no longer being for an exclusive type of person and started shifting the perception of coffee for the consumers in India. We continued to communicate this in our packaging, corporate collateral through deep, premium colors and golden touches. The results were phenomenal.

We didn’t have to dig deep to see how strong, powerful, and feminine Afriderm was, and promoting campaigns around that was a delight. We redeveloped the website, as well, in order to create a more clean, modern look and feel while still maintaining the original brand visual communication such as golden lines, brown highlights, and soft pink.
